- If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made between 1 days to 30 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

Cairns ZOOM & Wildlife Dome, situated on the rooftop of the Reef Hotel Casino is the world’s first Challenge Ropes Course in a wildlife park. It is home to native Australian wildlife including koalas, snakes, tropical birds, and a saltwater crocodile. The park also offers various adventure activities like ropes course, zipline, dome climb, Pirate Climb and Commando Climb. PowerJump is the most famous activity of this park, which lets the participants experience free fall from 13 meters.

- By Car/Cab: The attraction is 1km away from the Cairns city center. You can take a cab from the city center to reach the destination in about 5 minutes when coming via Spence St.
- By Bus: The nearest bus stop from the attraction is Spence Street at Grafton Street station, which is 324 meters away. You can take bus lines 110 or 111 to this stop and then take a 5 minute walk to the attraction.
